About Brian Gonzalez

I’m a Talent Strategy Manager & Executive Coach at Accenture, where I lead the design and delivery of individual and group coaching programs, as well as broader leadership, culture, and talent strategy initiatives. In my group coaching work, I use diagnostic tools to measure psychological safety and intrinsic motivation at the team level. These insights help surface underlying dynamics and guide targeted coaching interventions, supporting stronger collaboration, greater inclusion, and more resilient, innovative teams. As an individual coach, I specialize in helping business professionals navigate transitions, overcome interpersonal challenges, and build more balanced and fulfilling personal and professional lives. I’m currently expanding my practice through the Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICM), where I’m deepening my skills in transformational coaching and holistic human development. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and am a Columbia Credentialed Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC).
