About Brian Gonzalez

During my time on "Lil Jon Wants To Do What?" I had the opportunity to oversee the entire production process, starting from season 1 as a Field Producer and progressing to a Supervising Producer role for season 2. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding in creating captivating television content. As a Supervising Producer, I successfully directed multiple cameras simultaneously, effectively managing and guiding talent and crew members. I took charge of developing and following storylines for multiple episodes at once, ensuring a cohesive narrative throughout the season. Additionally, I conducted on-the-fly (OTF) interviews at the end of shoot days and formal sit-down interviews at the end of each episode. In my supervising role, I actively participated in casting and the post-production process. I provided valuable feedback and edit notes while reviewing rough cuts of episodes, ensuring that the final product aligned with the desired vision. Furthermore, I regularly communicated with the post-production team and network by writing shoot summaries and facilitating smooth collaboration. Having worked on story-driven shows, I thrive in environments where creativity is key. I possess extensive experience in a variety of programming, enabling me to understand the importance of storytelling and character development.
