I work to transform workplaces into spaces of dignity, respect and belonging. Building on my background as a workplace harassment investigator and human resources lawyer, I am thrilled to have a leadership role in The Bernardi Centre's efforts to build respectful and inclusive workplaces. And we believe we can advance that goal by transforming the experience of respect and collaboration where people spend most of their waking hours: the workplace. To this end, we develop and facilitate effective training, conduct workplace culture assessments, and offer conflict mediation, group facilitation, sensitivity coaching, and more. Outside the office, my hobbies and passions include various things creative and artistic (swing dancing, writing novels, community theatre, choral singing).
