Historically, I provided around the clock dedicated support to NetApp Sales and Delivery teams globally in order to enable them to sell and deploy Global Data Protection (Commvault & Veeam), OpenStack and Big Data Solutions. I was an integral part of the sales transaction and dedicated myself to clients from start to finish for every project that I was an integral part of both before, during and after the pursuit was booked. Prior to NetApp, I was responsible for a multi-petabyte Enterprise Storage, Backup and Disaster Recovery Environment for the largest diverse Gaming Company in the world (Caesars Ent.) with fifty-two properties worldwide. I offer a rare background of supporting SAN/NAS, Disaster Recovery environments consisting of Wintel/VMWare and Open Systems including Mainframe and Teradata with EDL Tape Libraries and storage environments consisting of Dell, EMC, IBM, HDS, HP and Pure storage hardware with Cisco and Brocade switch environments.
