A 'well-seasoned' Chief Financial Officer/Chief Strategy Officer. Brian’s experience includes over 25 years of leadership, executive, and board positions. Much of Brian's career has been consulting to boards of directors or being a member of boards of directors. His expertise includes accountability processes, investor relations, financial restructuring, financial control processes, market strategies, and business growth plans. Over the years, Brian has founded and managed several professional service firms with clients throughout the Midwest and has been responsible for spearheading major consulting projects for multiple Fortune companies, including project planning and final testing. Additionally, Brian has planned and developed multiple joint-ventures in order to enhance vertical integration opportunities, developed strategic plans and accountability models for multiple companies in several industries - including construction, professional services, entertainment, food and beverage, wholesale, retail, and agribusiness, and negotiated standard and complex financing arrangements involving equity and debt structures. Brian has also provided business planning and strategy services for early stage and rapid growth stage organizations - all done with the heart of a teacher.
