I have over fifteen years experience as a field service technician over a broad variety of industries ranging from light commercial to full industrial assembly line equipment with some minor heavy equipment maintenance. I've performed machine assembly including parts design modification and fabrication, as well as installation of machinery including full line interfacing, machine commencement and validation. I am particularly strong at electrical troubleshooting, including but not limited to three phase and stepper motors and drives, PLC ladder troubleshooting and mild modification, electrical and software interface troubleshooting. I am also very proficient at mechanical troubleshooting, part modification, design and fabrication including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motor and cam driven systems. I have a very strong focus on customer support and training as well as troublehooting machinery on site as well as over the phone. I've traveled both nationally and internationally, organizing my travel with focus on minimizing expenses while maximizing time efficiency.
