About Brian Haley

I am a highly motivated technical learning professional who is committed to leaving a legacy of integrity and knowledge. I possess the ability to understand the internal workings and concepts of hardware and software solutions while also being able to look at the bigger picture. Currently, I am serving as the Director of Training Solutions & Delivery at Alvaria, a leading provider of customer experience solutions. I have over 20 years of experience in various areas and technologies. My passion lies in improving the learner experience for internal, external, and sales enablement training through innovative methods and tools. As part of my work, I led and actively participated in a global education team that has developed and maintained over 1400 self-paced training modules and 30 instructor-led courses. I also revamped the training methodology to highly interactive micro-training modules, implemented a new LMS within three months, created and implemented a multi-tier certification program, and started the process of localizing self-paced courses. I possess skills in instructional design, video production, and Camtasia, and hold certifications from HubSpot Academy and TechSmith. My ultimate mission is to empower learners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their industry.
