JUne 2023: Started at Serco WBB Consulting as an Acquisition SME July 2019: Started at Zenetex, LLC as Director of Engineering for Advanced Systems May 2019: Retired from Federal Government January 2018: Transition Lead/Integrated Program Team Lead for the Navy’s Next Generation Air Dominance Platform. Worked to transition the program out of the Analysis of Alternatives phase to an acquisition program, planning the program and Program Office staffing. December 2008: Deputy Program Manager for Spectrum Dominance in the F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. The Spectrum Dominance mission pillar included four Integrated Program Teams (IPTs): Electronic Attack Systems (EA-18G Growler and other Electronic Warfare systems), Electro-Optics/Infrared Systems,(ATFLIR, IRST), Next Generation Jammer Integration, and Radar Systems (APG-73/65 and AESA radars). I am responsible for executing an annual budget of approximately $600M. During his tenure, I lead the EA-18G Growler into full-rate productions and the Infrared Search and Track (IRST) through a Milestone B into Engineering and Manufacturing Development. January 2008: Advanced Mission Computer and Displays (AMC & D) Program (ACAT II) IPT Lead in the Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA209), leading the Type 3+ AMC development efforts and managing production of all AMC & D. May 2004: Air to Air Missiles Program Office (PMA259) Co-IPT Lead for the AIM-9X Sidewinder short-range missile (ACAT 1C) and started the Block II upgrade of the AIM-9X Missile. April 2001: Life Support Equipment IPT Lead in the Aircrew Systems Program Office (PMA202). I was responsible for all aircrew-mounted equipment. March 1998: Systems Engineering Division at NAWCAD, working as the F/A-18 Integration Lead for the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) and AIM-9X Sidewinder missile. I was responsible for the programmatic, budget, and technical aspects of these integration efforts and lead the JHMCS program to first Low Rate Initial Production to support the F/A-18E/F.
