About Brian Haringer

Early in my career I quickly realized that I wanted to see first-hand how what I was doing directly impacted the customer. That led me to a career in surgical technology (both as a surgical tech and leader of warehouse operations for medical device company). I like knowing that I am having a direct impact on the quality of someone’s life or livelihood. It is key to pay attention to the details and do it right not only the first time, but every time. Working with Stryker and Globus, I ensured customer needs were fulfilled in a timely manner focusing on hospital surgical instruments and implant requests, along with accounts' Purchase Orders. This required me to coordinate nation-wide with delivery and local couriers. I managed restocking and replenishing, ensuring all expired products were removed from inventory. What makes me good at what I do is keeping the customer front and center in everything. Knowing my customers and internal stakeholders well enables me to anticipate their requests and fill in the gaps when they don’t give me all the information. I pay attention to the details.
