About Brian Harris

Brian Harris is the Director of Total Print USA, the managed print division of DEX Imaging/Staples Corporation. In 2017 he took on the challenge of turning this startup into a successful business. He relied on his 12 years’ experience selling managed print solutions, and more importantly his past relationships within the I.T. industry, to get the company off the ground. Prior to becoming a print guy, he built relationships with CIOs and IT Directors by providing solutions that ranged from data center design and build to the hardware and software required for the network infrastructure. His sales philosophies are simple. He believes that relationships still matter and that all customers should be given a fair deal where both sides benefit. He wants customers to fully understand what they are paying for, as opposed to the lack of transparency often found in the print industry. He wants customers for life, not for one deal. Outside of his day job is where his most important work is done, mentoring five children to be successful in life.
