About Brian Hayden

Brian is an IT Systems PMP & CSM with more than twenty years of information technology development experience. He has performed as a Sr. Project Manager / Agile Certified Scrum Master / Scrum Coach, and Business Analyst with prior experiences as an IT Development Manager. These skills include detailed Project Planning from Initiation through Execution to Delivery and Post-Implementation support, Financials Tracking and Reporting to PMO and executive leadership, Application Development Management, Requirements Gathering, Technical Documentation and application UX/UI design. His technical experience is derived from his previous work history as a software developer & Tech Lead for MS-Windows and Web applications development. He possesses hands-on experience in the coordination of multi-office co-development teams including management of long-term outsourced teams in India and Mexico. His abilities have been demonstrated in a wide variety of industries and working situations. Brian can work with individuals at all organizational levels from senior management to the support team, to get the job done. His broad technical skill sets and depth of experiences across a diverse set of business environments enable him to anticipate issues to move a project forward towards a successful outcome. Brian has recently relocated to the South Denver metro area, where he seeks to leverage his Project Management and team leadership skills to work closely with the development team(s); and where he could leverage his CSM skills to also support the team(s) and broader organization.
