Currently serving as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at EQUS, I lead legal strategy and compliance for Canada’s largest member-owned electricity utility, overseeing regulatory affairs, corporate governance, financing, and risk management. I have successfully advised on $75MM+ in financing and equity investment, legislative advocacy, and fibre-optic broadband expansion as a regulated utility service.
