My journey began at Ciber, optimizing financial services processes, and evolved through leadership roles at IBM and eBECS. As D365 and Power Platform Director at Avanade, I collaborated with leading banks, capital markets firms, and insurers to modernize their operations and embrace cloud-first strategies. Notably, I played a pivotal role in helping Barclays and Citigroup transition from paper-based processes to scalable Microsoft solutions. I also led the transformation that enabled Metro Bank to become Europe’s first retail bank to migrate customer data to the cloud - a move that fuelled its rapid rise as a challenger bank.
