Brian is an author, presenter and partner at HopgoodGanim Lawyers. He has many years of experience in the areas of Elder Law and law relating to older people and their families. Brian is the author of an award-winning book,'Avoiding the Ageing Parent Trap', which explores the issues and solutions for dealing with the many and varied demands of ageing parents. Brian has both a passion for, and extensive experience in, the interests of older people, including elder abuse, estate and life planning, estate administration and disputes, incapacity, dementia, guardianship and administration, family disputes and mediation, trusts, business and family succession, superannuation and social security.
