About Brian Hinkson

Over 14 years of Facility Management and Operations, engaging leadership style enable me to keep companies at the front of branding, marketing, and communications. A Top Secret clearance allows me to work in sensitive government and defense organizations. I've managed over 180 people responsible for the workforce planning, training, employee relations, cultural engagement, operations, compliance and risk management of an organization with 165 people. My leadership style focuses on collaboration, building trust, empowering direct reports and establishing management controls to ensure we meet or exceed all strategic goals. Calculated risks or failure are acceptable within the larger strategic framework, as it demonstrates employees are learning and growing. My experience working and living in 4 different countries gives me an experience-based appreciation of diversity and inclusion. I understand the value of diversity to the continued growth of a company. Nothing can stagnate a company quicker than the “group think” that comes from everyone having the same background. I will bring the skills that I have acquired throughout my various work experience, but I am also highly teachable when it comes to any new skills.
