Background

About Brian Hollenbeck

My goal is to apply my expertise and leadership skills in mobile, web, and desktop applications to new clients and industries. I combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in working with business leaders, external clients, and their customers to understand, interpret and develop a user experience that keeps and grows business. I have had the benefit of working in an industry where technology is a prime differentiator. For the past 16 years, I have been responsible for managing improving the brand experience of external business customers and their clients through great user experiences. To make that happen, I have collaborated with design and technical professionals, senior leaders, the internal salesforce and the external customers and their clients. I have designed and led research projects, field studies, interviews and usability testing. I have developed solutions and managed their execution through major milestones to on-time delivery. I excel at: customer experience and product development in an Agile/Lean environment, Information Architecture, branding/brand management, visual design, user research, strategic partnerships, advertising/marketing strategy and UX strategy.
