With over 20 years in HSE leadership across North America, I develop and deliver leadership programs that create safer, stronger, and more connected workplaces. In 2025, I was honoured to be named a Green Cross for Safety® Award semifinalist by the National Safety Council for my work in advancing leadership and culture change in safety-critical industries.
