Born and raised in Alton, I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, working with KRS Realty, LLC. I specialize in the Madison, Jersey and St. Clair counties. With determination and a commitment to excellent client service, I am confident that I can help you with all of your real estate needs. My ability to build trust between my clients and me through honesty, support and loyalty is one of the keys to my success. My family and I have lived in the Godfrey and Alton area for many years. I bring a local knowledge of our bustling community, having attended Godfrey’s schools and holding my Associates from Lewis and Clark Community College. Before joining the KRS Realty, LLC, I managed my own business providing customers with lawn care services for 9 years. Coming from an extensive customer service background, I’ve learned how to identify my client’s needs by reading between the lines. Being able to actively listen to you and understand what you want to accomplish and what your needs are is one of my key strengths. My background has also provided me with strong negotiation skills. I constantly fight for my clients to help them get the best deal. Simply put, my passion is helping my customers see great results time and time again.
