My position as Supervisor of Production necessitates a deep understanding of all aspects of our needs and abilities from materials acquisition and inventory, to logistical scheduling, in and outbound shipping flows, and personnel needs and allocation, as well as coordination of activities with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Environmental, Safety and Health, and Finances. Incorporating production data tracking and analysis has given me a great ability to monitor and drive KPI improvements while being able to maintain employee morale and engagement. My professional journey commenced in the military, where I orchestrated the operations of 20 shift personnel and was later selected to spearhead training and education for the Department of Defense’s premier fire protection unit. This role honed my skills in EHS, a critical aspect of any organization. Subsequently, I transitioned to creating bespoke fitness and wellness programs, further enhancing my capability in personal development and training. At Anheuser-Busch, as a Team Leader, I collaborated closely with senior management to identify and rectify operational challenges, applying my analytical acumen to drive improvement.Beyond my professional pursuits, I lead an active family life with my wife and twin boys. Our adventures span outdoor excursions, global travels, and involvement in various activities and social groups, enriching our family experiences.What sets me apart as a valuable team member is my passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
