Mr. Intindola joined the firm in February 2006, with over fifteen (15) years of experience in traffic engineering, design and construction management of transit, traffic and site access projects. He has successfully managed numerous transportation projects over the course of his multifaceted career to the satisfaction of public and private clients. His professional submissions include traffic impact studies, air quality studies, noise impact assessments, parking lot design, site plan design, crossing guard assignment studies, pedestrian analysis, signal warrants, signal plans and state highway access design and permitting from Maine to Delaware. Self-directed professional engineer with direct experience designing and bidding public projects and private projects. Excellent at managing projects independently and in a team setting from inception through completion in a deadline-driven environment. Projects and tasks are handled simultaneously with great attention to detail. Pre-professional experience includes working in all facets of the building trades with a local design-build firm and advanced to construction superintendent. While with the design-build firm, attended evening classes at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional experience follows a continuous and steady progression from engineer in training to starting a traffic/transportation division for a major North Jersey engineering firm. Projects and supporting studies run the gamut from an evening testifying before a planning board to multi-parcel acquisitions for major intersection realignments and complete reconstructions. Design projects have been completed from inception; grant support, bonding, design, bid and construction close-out.
