I would be best described as a business development and marketing focused executive with a significant amount of experience in general management to go along with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong business acumen. I have a great amount of experience with start ups, marketing, promotions, sales, sales and management training, digital media, consumer goods, radio, sound and film production. I have a proven track record in driving business development from the start up phase or executing further development within an existing environment to bring things to the next level. I have always had extremely high personal standards that have allowed me to execute, achieve and surpass the set goals in all phases. I’m a very energetic and positive person with a creative vision that goes along with my “never say die” attitude. The keys to my performance are a strong entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature, exceptional drive and intuitive business instincts to go along with an uncanny ability to think outside of the box which greatly enhances my problem solving capabilities. I believe in building close professional relationships with everyone I work with on all levels. As a leader I use a value based leadership style that is simply based on leading by example. It is this example that affords me the ability, tools and understanding to develop a strong team. I have always been a self motivated individual that learned early on that it’s always better to work smart and hard at the same time in order to get the best results. Over the years I have been a part of many successful start ups and I feel the experience from those journeys to be invaluable and I will always be able to draw upon them in the future.
