Visionary, passionate, and tenacious contributor driven to develop the best in every person, teammate, customer, or students. Influencing proactive resulting in self and others excitement that individually we make a difference; and collectively we can change the world. Realization is that the sphere of change begins with myself before making a difference in others. These qualities have lead me to events in history - first digital telecommunication systems (Harris/Farinon); first company in the world to produce successfully a chip mounted component (Flip Chip Technologies); business owner receiving JD Power and Associates Award 2 consecutive years (American Family Insurance); and agent advocate enabled rebuilding a mature company (Royal Neighbors of America). The greatest character is my willingness to drive to goals; develop new knowledge; and follow a different drum beat. Enabling me to make a difference in my community and the world. Whether helping contribute to the first air re-circulation system used by NASA as a novice science project; to charter a new organizations influencing small business (Gilbert Small Business Alliance) or breast cancer (MyHopeBag.org).
