IT Support Specialist with 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise environments across Windows and macOS platforms. I specialize in identity and access management, endpoint deployment, and day-to-day infrastructure support that keeps users productive and systems secure.In my current role, I support enterprise users by managing accounts and access across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Okta. My work includes provisioning and maintaining user identities, managing security groups and permissions, and assisting with MFA and access troubleshooting. I also deploy and maintain endpoint devices using tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager to ensure systems remain standardized and compliant.I regularly support workstation deployments, computer refreshes, and full lifecycle onboarding, ensuring new hires and existing employees are fully configured and operational across all required systems. In addition, I assist with virtualization and cloud resources using VMware and Microsoft Azure while supporting security initiatives focused on least-privilege access and identity governance.I enjoy solving technical problems, improving system reliability, and helping users work efficiently in fast-paced environments. I’m always looking to continue developing my skills in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations.
