My extensive background in both leadership and strategy development roles combined with a commitment to achieving the highest quality possible are the pillars my professional success is built on.I understand the importance the customer experience plays in enabling both a company and its employees to reach their goals. My time as a team manager provided me ample opportunity to create and implement strategies at the front line level. I have been acknowledged on numerous occasions for my ability to provide exemplary customer service while never jeopardizing the company’s best interests. I understand the importance of a strong community presence and do my part by volunteering at a variety of events. I am able to inspire the will to win in others and am recognized as a change agent. I have at my disposal a variety of techniques to successfully obtain buy-in when modifying employee behavior or strategy. I have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a clear and consistent message. Strategic planning is a key aspect of my current position and one at which I excel. I am often called upon to identify or anticipate issues that challenge organizational efficiency and develop new and innovative plans for corrective action. I am particularly adept at solving problems that require finding a balance between competing interests or goals. I have the ability to create strong relationships and influence others in short periods of time. Fostering a team first environment and a culture of success is a particular strength of mine even when faced with significant obstacles or challenges.
