In my 10+ years as a management, sales, and team development professional. I have adapted to an ever-changing environment while leading my teams to success by coaching to a solution-oriented approach in our day to day operations and in future planning. This approach has lead to increased sales, customer experience scores, and promotions for myself and my team members.Most recently in my weekly operations I was responsible for managing a team of 5+ people and directly reporting to asset managers, regional managers and VPs on a weekly basis. I oversaw sales, operations, maintenance and marketing for my property.
