Brian is a Registered Engineer in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Brian is also licensed to practice land surveying in the state of California. Brian has over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of major transportation improvement projects along the west coast. This experience includes design build projects in California and Washington. Brian has also served as Deputy City Engineer for the city of Bell Gardens, California, and provided city engineering services for the cities of Mercer Island and Woodinville, Washington. Specialties: Planning and design of new highways and streets, freeway interchanges, HOV lanes, sound barriers, drainage improvements, and bridge widening and replacement projects. City street widening and rehabilitation projects including full reconstruction, pavement overlays, pavement recycling, and slurry seal treatments. Also managed various types of storm drain improvement projects. Assisted in the preparation of the City of Woodinville Standard Plans and Specifications.
