About Brian Landers

Jack Henry gave me my first exposure to Windows Server administration in 2006. For Jack Henry customers I set up windows server environments (2003 through 2008 R2) and installed a specific set of software for clients. After 4 years at Jack Henry I was promoted to a Windows System Administrator (2010). I worked with a large team of System Administrators in an enterprise environment with more than virtual machines and users. We adopted ITIL with a focus on change control. In 2014 I started a position at Summit Materials where my role is much more well rounded which has given me experience in many more aspects of System Administration. Summit is also an enterprise level company with almost users and workstations and more than 500 servers. I work on a small team of engineers where all aspects of the job are shared. I built our SCCM environment from the ground up where we utilize OSD and Update/Software deployment. I converted our VEEAM environment to utilize their new ReFS integration, fast clone, which saves a great deal of space and time. And Much More.
