About Brian Langsworth

I am a Freelance Business and Performance Psychologist, with a Performing Arts background, with over 15 years experience working with a wide range of industries and individuals across the employee life cycle. I am passionate about working with individuals to help improve their performance, well-being and effectiveness at work and in life. I am an experienced facilitator and coach, specialising in: Presenting, Communicating and Personal Impact; Leadership Development Programs; Understanding self and others; Building High Performing Teams; Emotional and Social Intelligence; Resilience and Well-being; Having Difficult Conversations; Influencing others; Improving Personal Performance; and individual coaching across a wide range of areas. I have also designed a number of leadership workshops and development programs. I have coached busines leaders, actors and athletes to help them improve their performance, well being, and resilience as well as working as a counsellor. I am accredited in Hogan Assessment Systems, including their psychometric and 360 instruments as well as Engagement Surveys and High Performing Team assessment; CEB-SHL products such as OPQ, MQ and Verify, as well as their 360; Saville products such as WAVE, Saville 360 and various cognitive test; Managerial and Executive Wellbeing Survey (MEWS); Condor Mental Toughness Questionnaire. I have been a facilitator and assessor for a number of assessment centers, and have written numerous reports, both for selection and development, based on interpreting various diagnostic tools and/or simulated exercises. Finally, and most importantly, my main role is as as a husband with over 20 years experience with a wonderful wife and two precious daughters and a neurotic Hungarian Viszla.
