My strength is the ability to work in a team environment, leading strategic projects and being responsible for overall team direction and performance. Skilled at establishing effective communication with stakeholders, managing work assignments, ensuring timely delivery of products, while maintaining professional integrity and composure. Vast experience with project management, content and internet-based research, owning workflow quality, looking for efficiencies in processes and ensuring documentation of procedures and work processes are up to date, implemented and being used. I'm driven to meet all project deliverables, excelling at actively listening to needs of the team and promptly removes obstacles, finding solutions, and making useful connections. I drive multiple sub-teams, I'm a positive influence for the teams and acknowledge good work! Highly skilled in the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and effectively multi-task to organize, document, and schedule procedures that provide the most efficient and timely delivery. Extensive experience with writing and giving performance evaluations and playing a role in salary and hiring discussions. When I’m not at work, I’m with my family and playing with my 15 and 12 year old boys and spending time with my wife Jackie. I spend time officiating high school sports and think it’s important to stay active and keep my family as a top priority outside of work and expose my children to as many experiences, both fun and educational as possible.
