As a US Navy veteran, my journey has been anything but conventional. After my service, I tackled some of the toughest, most hazardous jobs, which fueled my desire for a significant change. Leveraging my education benefits, I pursued a college degree while managing at Trader Joe’s in Southern California. This period was transformative, leading me to an internship at a startup AdTech company that eventually offered me a full-time role, marking my entry into the tech world. My career took a pivotal turn when I delved into technical recruiting at an agency. I quickly advanced to account manager, collaborating with executives at enterprise organizations to address their business challenges through staff augmentation and managed services. Next, I honed my technical recruiting expertise at Amazon and Meta, serving as a Senior Talent Partner. With over 9 years of experience in Sales and Technical Recruiting, I’ve developed a profound understanding of people, technology, and consulting. My skill set is anchored in hard work and persistence, and I thrive on solving problems and crafting efficient solutions to complex challenges. I’m proficient with multiple CRM systems, including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Bullhorn, and have extensive experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter.
