As the Wireless Program Manager for HR Block, I negotiated wireless contracts with three major carriers and implemented the 4G Failover program to support our retail offices during wired internet outages as well as providing fixed wireless solutions for fulltime wireless locations. Additionally, I monitored the service inventory, audited and process invoices, liaised with the vendor representatives, provided support for outages, worked with the wireless carriers to optimize the services at local offices. Technology used to provide the wireless backup router service was managed in the Net Cloud Management Tool. Data from this tool was used to provide reporting using Power BI that I developed. The data captured in Power BI from the NCM tool was used to audit accounts, report on overuses, etc.
