As a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Services Operations group, I bring 25 years of strategy consulting and functional leadership experience to the table. My expertise lies in PMO/transformation and organizational design, with a focus on driving large-scale cost reduction and enhancing organizational effectiveness with a focus on the business services sector. Throughout my career, I've managed a $15 billion manufacturing business and led a private equity fund, achieving rapid EBITDA improvements. My wide-ranging experience spans various industries and functions, including project management office/transformation office management, plant network rationalization, lean production, and SKU rationalization. I specialize in the manufacturing, industrials, and service sectors. My recent accomplishments include spearheading an executive-level transformation office for a $1.4 billion service business, resulting in a 27 percent EBITDA improvement, and leading a year-long, company-wide transformation for a $1.2 billion service business, achieving a remarkable 45 percent EBITDA increase. I've also restructured business processes for a $1.2 billion technology and communications company. In the past, I've successfully increased sales by 17 percent through sales force effectiveness, orchestrated the merger integration of three US-based water cooler companies, and managed cross-portfolio supply and cost reduction programs for a PE fund. I've centralized and reduced indirect spend by $1 billion across 10 North American manufacturing plants and orchestrated the turnaround of a $180 million chassis manufacturer serving the van and motorhome industries.
