My strongest passion in real estate is helping a client truly diversify his/her retirement portfolio. My goal is to help investors position a portion of their assets outside the Wall Street "umbrella". Contrary to "REITS, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, CD's, Precious Metals, and Annuities", Residential Rental Property is the tangible hands-off investment with real book value and monthly income. Holding rental property in an LLC provides true diversification. Highly tax-advantaged rental homes are especially exciting in the Valley of the Sun, as real estate is appreciating but not yet too far off its bottom. Whether I'm helping a client buy or sell a primary residence or his/her 2nd, 3rd, or 4th investment, I'm excited to know they are using leverage to control a large, appreciating asset with between.5% and 20% of their own money.
