He has been responsible for financial systems implementation projects as well as SOX 404 Computer General Controls. He was responsible for the Deltek Systems Costpoint ERP implementation project at a major defense contractor, where his team successfully integrated thirty varied, complex business units onto one common ERP platform to demonstrate to investors and prospective acquisitions that centralized financial systems management could allow for distributed business management and return overall cost savings and efficiencies to the company and the clients served. This strategy was effective for it helped the company grow from $600 Million to $3 Billion in annual revenues. He has a demonstrated ability to look at a problem and turn it into an opportunity for change has helped many companies prosper since the inception of The Macurn Consulting Group.
