Brian Manning is a partner practicing in eminent domain, inverse condemnation, real estate, and civil trial and litigation. His primary concentration is in eminent domain/inverse condemnation and real estate. Mr. Manning’s law firm is one of U.S. News & World Reports 2011-2012 Best Law Firms in eminent domain.
