I specialize in investment sales for all product types in commercial real estate, for both acquisition and disposition. Single or multi-tenant Investments, Investments and owner user. I also handle leasing for my clients as well. With my construction and development background I am able to assist the client in all aspects of a transaction. This service would normally cost the client several thousands of dollars. I am also known for being very professional and detailed oriented. I also specialize in working with the Asian Investor(s). I travel to Asia; China, Taiwan and Hong Kong to meet with investors wishing to invest and or develop in the US. My executive assistant, Veronica (Jiao Xu) speaks and writes Mandarin fluently. I am the real estate adviser for China Silicon Valley Association, Asian Business Association, Innovation & Gateway Association, and am a member of the Asia Society NorCal.
