Continuous learning is a cornerstone of my approach, and I dedicate time each week to research and staying abreast of industry developments. I am engaged in multiple projects where I serve as a BI Architect, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or Data Scientist. Inside of Mariner Partners Inc, I serve as the manager for a large team of Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers providing education, guidance, and support to our talented associates. I remain actively involved in the design process alongside my teams, contributing to the creation of solutions. Despite my leadership role, I still engage in coding and developing data science models, adhering to a "lead by example" philosophy.
