With over twenty five years of experience in key account management I have developed strong skills in customer relationship management, sales strategy, and business development.I leverage my Hubspot CRM certification and my knowledge of eCommerce platforming to identify and reach out to high-potential merchants, and to form strategic sales partnerships that enable them to solve their eCommerce challenges on the IRP international sales platform. I also educate them on how to use the innovative features of the IRP platform, such as SHOPPER, TRADER, IRP COMMERCE CLOUD, and the SERVICE MARKETPLACE.
