I am an experienced Chief Inspector and visible leader both locally and nationally with over 20 years Police service, I regularly lead beyond my authority, working across cultures, perceived borders and boundaries. I have embraced the evolving cultural environment in BTP, positively affecting change and instilling an ethos that reflects the legitimacy and strategic direction of the organisation. I understand the benefits of collaboration and work to forge partnerships and build upon existing relationships, instigating open and straightforward dialogue to establish common thinking and directly address concerns raised by stakeholders and the public.
