About Brian McCaw

My goal is to help people take charge of their health so they can be free of chronic illness and long-term medications for as long as possible. I have been a busy health professional for almost 40 years, and a parent for nearly 30 of them. I know what it’s like to be pulled in all directions, with little time to think about health. That was fine until I started gaining weight and seeing signs that my health was at risk. I knew the direction I was heading. I've seen hundreds of men and women in mid-life on multiple medications for diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, anxiety, depression, respiratory disease, and many others. I didn't want to become one of them. I needed to take some corrective action, or my lifestyle was going to damage my health permanently. So, I signed up for health coach training and took charge of my health. Now, I'm over 60, and I'm not taking any prescribed medication. I'm at my lightest weight, and the happiest and healthiest I've been for a long time. Lifestyle diseases are not inevitable. Lifestyle diseases are due to how we live, what we consume, and the environment we live in - all things we can do something to improve. I would be happy to help you take charge of your health, to help you avoid chronic disease and long-term medication as you age.
