With over 30 years’ construction industry experience, I have been working with Linesight as Director of Cost Management for 7 years. My experience spans a broad range of sectors, including residential, education, logistics, data centres, airports, commercial, hospitality and student accommodation. My specialties include procurement and contract administration, claims management, value engineering and conservation / protected structure’s expertise. I have worked in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands and the Caribbean. Major projects that I have been a part of include Castleforbes BTR Residential (€230m), Spencer Place Commercial Development (€250m) Spencer Dock Residential (€130m), Central Park office development (€60m) and Thunderbird Distribution Centers in Islip, UK (£50m) and Terminal 1 Extension Dublin Airport (€50m). I lead a team of dedicated professionals, supporting and guiding them in providing the best standard of service to our valued clients. I strive to deliver high quality projects to each and every client, and pride myself on my commercial awareness and strategic approach. Professional development is particularly important to me, and I act as a Counsellor and mentor for staff seeking their professional membership (APC).
