About Brian McColgan

I'm an accomplished Product and Technology Leader with more than 20 years of experience leading and executing technology solutions that are rooted in cyber-physical systems, including mobile device + vehicle + back-office infrastructure. I effectively communicate business needs by working with stakeholders to provide recommendations to identify new opportunities and to reduce and/or mitigate risk. I lead the change management by identifying operational value streams, and creating implementation plans and training for transformational change. I have extensive experience coaching leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs, while training and mentoring cross functional teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and RTEs, by guiding the shift from project-to-product and establishing a lean-agile mindset. I oversee and provide guidance on a multitude of product areas and competencies based on ideation that exceeds business and technical requirements to solution design, development, and testing.
