Brian's career started with a focus on h/w and s/w automation solutions for campus and commercial building controls, prison movement, engine and power train development, F1 engine development, and INAA using the McMaster reactor. His core engineering skills evolved into a passion for leading, coaching, and mentoring all aspects of the people side of business. As general manager across several industries he has led strategic planning, product development, fiscal budgeting, capex and opex planning. He leverages tech to generate financial, operational, sales, and production intelligence to direct continuous improvements throughout the business. He believes culture and education are key building blocks to success in business, establishing a work culture where employees are proud to invite their friends to work beside them on their team. He has sucessfully used this approach to grow operations, increase quality and workmanship, and achieve higher productivity and gross margins through employee engagement.
