Brian has over 20 years experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Brian has continued to advance by working as a Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, an applications engineer in the Biological Group responsible for the design and optimization of biological products including MBBR/IFAS and BAF technologies. Brian then became a Technical Manager responsible for directing the application engineering effort on Large Capital Budget proposals with a focus on engineering companies located in the Gulf Coast areaBrian transitioned into a Business Development Manager role responsible for providing technology driven solutions in order to meet customers needs focusing mainly on the oil and gas and petrochemical markets. Brian then became a Senior Applications Engineer/Biological Product Manager responsible for MBBR/IFAS and Biological Active Filter technologies. Brian managed commercial proposal offerings, pricing, product improvements, and interactions with external representatives, clients, and internal contacts to grow the company's business and profitability.Brian transitioned to being a Senior Process Engineer who was responsible for the design of custom complex multi-technology flowsheet projects focused on innovative and commercially viable treatment process solutions including AnoxKaldnes Moving Bed Biological Reactors (MBBR) and Biothane® anaerobic technologies for industrial customers in the food and beverage, pulp and paper, and oil and gas markets. He supports the bid and tender process and manage engineering projects ensuring milestone dates are met and documentation is prepared (technical proposals, drawings, cost estimates, pricing, and production and delivery schedules)Brian is currently a Industrial Business Development Manager. A key member of the capital equipment sales team focused on expanding Veolia’s equipment business in the United States, with a heavy focus on light industry wastewater projects for the food and beverage and pulp and paper markets. Oversee and coordinate Veolia’s equipment sales and business development in North America for the complete portfolio of water treatment equipment including AnoxKaldnes Moving Bed Biological Reactors (MBBR), Biothane® anaerobic technologies and biogas treatment.
