I am a responsible and trusted advisor in my work as a Project/Operations Manager and as a recreational baseball league Board Director. In project management, I find that being professional is essential as I collaborate with team members, leadership, and other stakeholders. As a leader and in leadership roles, I always make sure that my voice is heard when making organizational decisions. My approach as a Project/Operations Manager is to always effectively communicate the expectations and project goals to all necessary team members. This requires staying in regular communication while also being a good listener. I focus on creating realistic project plans and processes to lay out the entire lifecycle of a project. I have always established myself as a leader and decision-maker. By collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, I've honed my ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and assertiveness. My goal is to build and maintain strong relationships, both within the team and with external partners, to achieve operational excellence and meet project objectives.
