With 11 years in the U.S. Air Force as a C-130J aircraft mechanic, I developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency, team leadership, and mission-critical problem-solving. Transitioning into the education and training space, I found a passion for developing high-quality instructional materials that enhance learning and performance. As a project manager, I thrive in organizing complex tasks, optimizing workflows, and driving process improvements. I have a keen ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging training materials that empower maintainers and technicians. My experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop allows me to combine technical expertise with creative storytelling to improve knowledge retention and operational effectiveness. Currently pursuing my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, I am dedicated to implementing data-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity. I am eager to bring my leadership, project management, and training development expertise into a dynamic civilian role where I can drive impactful results.
