About Brian Moody

Accounting/IT professional with experience in financial, manufacturing, and distribution industries. I have always had a highly analytical approach to my work and gravitated toward those tasks that involved problem solving and critical thinking. Learning how systems work and being able to provide organizations with insight to gain efficiencies has always been something that has excited me. I am looking to leverage my skills in accounting and software development to help organizations improve their financial management and reporting processes. I have significant knowledge of financial close processes including, asset and liability accruals, inter-company accounting, cash flow analysis, inventory rebates, fixed assets, capital expenditure reporting, sales & use tax, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Specialties include Oracle BI report building, ERP implementation and maintenance, OCR and Expense software configuration, and business case development.
