Welcome to my profile!In a nutshell, my 20+ years of experience in management consulting and corporate real estate has positioned me well for my current role with W. R. Berkley, a Fortune 500 company. I am currently charged with co-management of a large corporate real estate portfolio comprised of more than 200+ locations around the world. My expertise lies in strategic planning, corporate real estate portfolio management, lease negotiation and administration, capital improvements, architectural / engineering consulting, project management, budgeting of a $10+ million spend, and working closely with the executive team. What do I enjoy most about my job? Critical Thinking – I work within an incredibly fast-paced and unstructured work environment where my wide range of responsibilities include lease administration, real estate transaction management, and oversite of the design and construction of our ever-expanding offices.Problem-Solving – I drive the business plan for this 200+ property portfolio. Everything from managing the spatial requirements for our growing domestic workforce to global portfolio real estate portfolio maximization through customized real estate strategies, opportunities, and transactions. Identifying Opportunities Others Miss – I am able to draw on my extensive knowledge and experience to identify and procure local, state, and federal incentive packages.Thinking Outside of the Box – I have had the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a new software that has significantly improved business intelligence. Negotiating & Closing Deals – I love tackling difficult negotiations and finding new ways to get to “YES”. My passion is in mentoring and helping others achieve their professional and business goals.
