About Brian Morgan

I originally joined the School District in 2021 as a classroom instructor, teaching AVID, US History, Health, and Health Opportunities through Physical Education (HOPE). In May of 2023, I returned to project management, becoming a Project Field Representative for the Osceola County School District. I represented the district on construction projects, managing projects from planning and design through close-out. In Augusts of 2024, I returned to the classroom but in a virtual setting with Osceola Virtual School, teaching Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Personal Finance & Money Management. Prior to joining the School District, I served as Transportation and Parking Project Manager at The Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. I assisted in managing projects that directly impacted Walt Disney World Transportation and Parking. I also represented Transportation Operations in partnership with other lines of business and other properties on projects that affected but did not necessarily belong to WDW Transportation. I supported the Transportation organization by assisting with operational needs, communicating potential impacts, and organizing, escalating, and providing project management assistance for guest experience and operational improvement projects. I began at Disney in 2010 in Disney's College Program Internship. I gained high-volume attraction experience at Expedition Everest. I moved on to the Transportation department in 2011 becoming a Monorail Pilot. After serving the department as a Coordinator and Trainer I was promoted to the leadership pool in 2012. I participated in the Emerging Leaders leadership development program and supported the Magic Kingdom Custodial team. I returned to Transportation later in 2012 as a Monorail Guest Service Manager where I had many responsibilities, but most notably was in charge of scheduling, labor and budgets, as well as the coordinator team. In my free time, I enjoy quality time with my family more than anything. During the fall I return to Gainesville frequently to watch my beloved Gators football.
