About Brian Morrison

As the Director of eDiscovery, Brian is responsible for the people, processes, and technology that Liberty employs to fulfill all stages of the EDRM at significant scope and scale. His 14+ years of experience in eDiscovery have seen him be instrumental in the development and continuous improvement of the internal repeatable and defensible processes used to preserve, process, and produce ESI. From vetting and selecting new technologies, to working with vendors, and partnering with Counsel, Brian’s breadth of knowledge allows him to have a detailed understanding of the full, end-to-end, eDiscovery life cycle. Brian also enjoys the challenges of being a subject matter expert on preservation/collection and forensic analysis of corporate ESI from a variety of sources including PC and Mac hard drives/SSDs and mobile devices. As Director of eDiscovery, Brian conceptualized and has guided the development of an all-encompassing workflow tool for managing the full EDRM, tailored to fit the needs of a Fortune 100 enterprise.
